  • Partner Levels

    There are three primary levels of partner participation. With any given customer situation, a partner can choose which level to participate under given their own resources and expertise.

    • Referral Partner – recognize opportunity and present to HAL Systems for co-selling.
    • Reseller – Manages sales process and implementation with HAL Systems in a support role in the sales and implementation process.
    • Master Reseller – Maintains internal resources competent in configuring HAL Traxx and is capable of independently supporting HAL Traxx implementations.
