There are three primary drivers of increased partner profits
- Increased margin on the software component.
- Increased volume on the software component.
- Increased total sales based on and integrated offering including software.
- Referral Partner – recognize opportunity and present to HAL Systems for co-selling.
- Reseller – Manages sales process and implementation with HAL Systems in a support role in the sales and implementation process.
- Master Reseller – Maintains internal resources competent in configuring HAL Traxx and is capable of independently supporting HAL Traxx implementations.
There are three primary levels of partner participation. With any given customer situation, a partner can choose which level to participate under given their own resources and expertise.
